Papercraft Objects: First Prototype
This week, we got into the stage of first prototype. So for my piece, I stated with printing the blue print of my paper 3d object. I put notes on each of them so I know which part of the object I am making. Also help me to think what is the easiest way to put them together since my piece is a complete close object. So it would be hard to stick all surface together when I close to the end. There are 10 pages in total, and I made some minor mistakes, but that's the problem that I can fix on my final piece. Next, I cut them all up and separated according to the colour that I gave them in Rhino. Which are yellow, blue and white. I am going to put together white and blue first since they are the main structure of the piece. And the yellow part represents the corners. I start to put some of the part together because I am way too excited so I want to see how is it going to turn out.
